Steve McClaren's FC Twente side will be looking to build on their impressive start to the season with victory over Moldovan champions FC Sheriff in the Europa League on Thursday.
The former Middlesbrough and England manager's team are fresh from the weekend's 3-2 win over current Dutch champions AZ Alkmaar which consolidated their lead at the top of the Eredivisie.
They are also unbeaten so far this season in their two Europa League Group H matches.
It is the first ever clash between the two sides and the home side face an uphill task as McClaren's team are unbeaten in their last four European away trips, during which time they have scored three goals and conceded one.
FC Sheriff, who have only one point to show from their Europa League campaign so far, are managed by Belorussian trainer Leonid Kuchuk and will be looking to kick-start their campaign in front of their own fans at the Sheriff Stadium in Tiraspol.
They need a win to put themselves back in contention in the group to have any hope of getting into the knockout stages of the competition.
The former youth team boss' son Aleksei is on-loan at the Moldovan side and is one of their threats in attack.
