Hammers put two past Blues

West Ham eased the pressure on boss Gianfranco Zola with a 2-0 victory over Birmingham at Upton Park.
A goal in each half from Alessandro Diamanti and Carlton Cole secured their first win under new owners David Sullivan and David Gold.
The victory moved West Ham into 14th place in the Barclays Premier League but they remain just one point from the relegation places while City wasted the chance to move closer to Midlands rivals Aston Villa.
