Home side miss a trick

Cowdenbeath lost ground to league leaders Alloa as they were held to a goalless draw by Dumbarton.
Both sides had the opportunities to grab all three points, however, a draw was probably a fair result and the Blue Brazil are now three points adrift of Allan Maitland's men, though they do have a game in hand.
The hosts started brightly and Gareth Wardlaw's fourth-minute strike from just outside the area forced Jan Vonacek into action.
However, the best chance of the half fell to Michael Dunlop a minute before the break when his point-blank header forced a fine save from David Hay.
The Sons continued to push forward and Hay produced another two splendid saves from David Winters' and Kieran Brannan's respective close-range efforts.
Wardlaw had the opportunity to snatch a winner but his header, five minutes from time, sailed over.
