Rattray strike earns victory for Arbroath

Alan Rattray's early goal was enough to give Arbroath a 1-0 win over Brechin.
The defender's contribution was a rare highlight at Gayfield, as the two sides cancelled each other out for most of the contest.
The opening exchanges were short of incident and when the goal came after 14 minutes, it came with the first real attack.
Rattray was the scorer, the full-back getting on the end of Keith Gibson's centre to head home from 12 yards.
Gibson and Gary Fusco traded long-range efforts as both sides looked to create a chance, before Arbroath's Andrew Jackson forced a save out of Craig Nelson with a 25-yard strike.
Steve Davis missed a golden opportunity to add to Arbroath's lead five minutes after the restart, volleying over from 12 yards, while Ken McClean tried his best to add a second from distance.
