Inverness extended their lead at the top of Division One after a comfortable 3-0 win over 10-man Ross County.

Cally's advantage increased to four points thanks to the win and Dundee's 2-1 defeat at Dunfermline.

In the 13th minute, County were facing an uphill battle after Alexander Keddie was dismissed for a professional foul on Richie Foran, and Inverness took full advantage,.

Foran dusted himself down to drill the resulting free-kick low past Michael McGovern and Eric Odhiambo got on the end of Jonathan Hayes' cross to make it 2-0 after 16 minutes.

Hayes got himself on the scoresheet five minutes before the interval when he collected Lee Cox's long ball to lash home from the edge of the penalty area.

Adam Rooney came close adding a fourth after half-time but County were able to prevent any further damage as their own promotion hopes lay in tatters.
