Livingston will hand a debut to Craig Barr for the visit of Alloa.
The defender has joined from Queen of the South as a straight replacement for Joe Hammil who has joined Swedish side Ostersunds on loan.
Braidwood Motor Company Stadium manager Gary Bollan has a fully fit squad to choose from as Livingston prepare to unfurl the Third Division Championship flag before the game.
Bollan said: "It is a great opening game for us as it is against a side that will have similar intentions as our own in terms of wanting to be involved in the title race."
Alloa will be without Mick Dunlop for the trip.
The summer signing from Dumbarton is suspended so fellow new recruit Declan McAvoy is likely to start the game in his absence.
The Wasps have everyone else at their disposal with full back David McClune and striker David Gormley both fully fit again.
Manager Allan Maitland said: "We are in good shape and it is an exciting opening game for both sides.
"We will both be looking for a good start and it is always pleasing to get the first win under your belt and that is our aim. Livingston are one of the favourites for the league so it is a great opportunity to benchmark our hopes for promotion."
