Smith stuns Thistle

Stirling had to fight back from a goal down to earn all three points in a 2-1 win over Partick at the Firhill Stadium.
Both sides started slowly and it took until the 38th minute to see a shot on target, Partick's Stuart Bannigan stinging the hands of Callum Reidford with a long-range effort.
Partick took the lead in the 50th minute when Kris Doolan stabbed home from close range but the home side`s delight was short-lived as Stirling were back on level terms just four minutes later through Andrew Gibson, who slotted in Christoper Aitken`s pass six yards out.
Gordon Smith then secured all three points for the away side, firing an unstoppable effort into the top-left corner from 20 yards.
