Sampdoria striker Antonio Cassano could face disciplinary action from the club after skipping out on a celebration, according to La Repubblica.
The Italian international would not participate in the 'Silver Goal' celebration of club De Paoli of Lavagna and upset president Riccardo Garrone, resulting in an argument during training on Tuesday.
On Thursday, the players and the president had a meeting at the Bogliasco training ground regarding the matter, but Garrone was later reportedly seen leaving with a frown and now the club may decide to discipline the 28-year-old.
Cassano has a long history of disciplinary problems during his career, but they have dried up in the last couple of years after joining the Blucerchiati. The former Roma and Real Madrid man often attributes his improved attitude to his wife.
