However Paul Lunan and Stephen Tulloch are added to the Loons' pool after spells on the sidelines.
Having spent last season in the Third Division together Station Park boss Dick Campbell knows what is in store for Livingston.
He said: "Livingston are a team that we know really well. They are probably favourites for this league as well but we have given them some really tough games over the past couple of years.
"We were unlucky down at their place earlier in the season so it is a game we can go into with confidence."
Livingston will be on the usual lines with left-back Jason Talbot and midfielder Keaghan Jacobs still out through injury.
Manager Gary Bollan is expecting a tough 90 minutes from a side they know well having been in the Third Division with them last season.
He said: "We know all about the strengths that Forfar have and know that we are in for another tough game. I cannot complain about the points tally we have but our performances so far this season have not been as good as I would have liked.
"We are still winning games which is great but we are not matching the high standards we have set in the past"
Bollan added, "Hopefully we can put on a good performance and pick up three points and I will have nothing to complain about."
