I expected lower odds for over on this one, first leg in Lisbon finished 5-1 and both teams are quiet offensive.
Sporting is the proud leader in group C with 3 consecutive wins, they blew away Gent and Sofia at home and won in Lille. In all games they managed to score easily, not a miracle if you have Liedson, Postiga, Maniche, ... creating enough chances to win several matches.
There is a big difference in quality between these two teams, but it's possible Sporting is satisfied with one point.
With only 1 point out of 3 games Gent must take something here, they must use their own strengths to try to beat Sporting, and their biggest strength is their attack.
The problem of Gent is they just cant keep their goal clean. Last season they lost 1-7 at home against Roma, not long before it was 0-6 against Ajax.
Even against the big clubs in Belgium a clean sheet of Gent is almost unexisting.
