Ronaldo's son hiding under the table as his dad retires

As with so many moments over the course of Ronaldo's wonderful and often wacky career, even the teary-eyed solemnity of his farewell press conference couldn't pass without a bit of silliness.
Ronaldo said he was inspired to bring his two sons, Ronaldo, 10, and Alex, 5, to his last day of work by former Brazil teammate Washington, who did the same with his daughters when he retired last month. But Alex wasn't in the mood to cooperate with what he surely found to be a boring and bizarre event. So, he decided to lay down under the table while his dad yapped about stuff.
Ronaldo joked that losing his youngest son under the table wasn't what he had in mind when he envisioned having his boys with him, but, in a way, it was kind of appropriate.
