Duo missing for East Fife

East Fife are again without defender Steven Campbell and midfielder Robert Sloan for their bottom-of-the-table scrap with Peterhead.

However, former Hearts and Airdrie striker Ryan Wallace has signed on a permanent basis after a successful trial period.

Manager John Robertson has urged his men to start converting their chances to ensure they return to winning ways after going down to Airdrie at the weekend.

He said: "We had chances at the weekend and never took them and I don`t want to go through that again against Peterhead.

"They will come here looking to bounce back and Neale Cooper will have them fired up, so we have to be as clinical as we were against Ayr last midweek to prosper."

Peterhead welcome back defender David Donald from suspension for the match.

But work commitments have taken Graeme Sharp to Trinidad and experienced defender Bobby Mann remains sidelined with an ankle problem.

Blue Toon boss Neale Cooper knows a win is a must to ease the pressure on himself after a run of five successive defeats.

He said: "At the start of this year this was the greatest job in the world as we beat Livingston and Alloa and came back from two goals down to draw with Ayr but things have moved on since then.

"As a team we have to defend better. Midfielders and strikers need to stop allowing crosses into our area and the defenders need to be stronger in the box."
