Wayne Rooney’s a twit

WAYNE Rooney is the latest footballer to join blogging site Twitter - but he kicked off with a string of mistakes.
The Man Utd ace opened his account after the 1-0 win over Everton on Saturday and attracted 150,000 followers within hours.
His first tweet was to team-mate Rio Ferdinand, writing: "Hi Rio do you want picking up in the morning pal."
Unfortunately, it flopped as novice Roo forgot to use Rio's username, rioferdy5.
Later Wayne, 26, successfully tweeted - but with a spelling mistake: "Hi all this is Wayne Rooney just started so bare with me. Hope all is well. I'll get rio to approve it's me guys. Xoxo".
