The lad burst into fits of giggles while horsing around with Ramsay, 44, as they watched UNICEF ambassador Becks play for US side LA Galaxy.
Brothers Brooklyn, 12, and Romeo, eight, and mum Posh, 37, were also there to see the star's team win 3-0.
Becks, 36 on May 2, asked Sun readers to make his next birthday "the best ever" by donating £21 to children's body UNICEF so they can buy leather footballs for poor kids.
