Fergie wants Wesley as Scholes Mk II

ALEX FERGUSON admits Paul Scholes' replacement has got to be world class.
SunSport revealed yesterday the Manchester United boss is preparing a club-record £35million bid for Inter Milan ace Wesley Sneijder.
And boss Ferguson says it will take one of the very best to fill the void left by Scholes' retirement.
Fergie said: "How do you replace someone like Paul Scholes? If you were to bracket the best four midfield players in the world, he'd be up there with Xavi and Andres Iniesta, then take your pick from somebody else.
"He's certainly, to my mind, one of the top four in the world, so it's a loss.
"It's impossible to get another Paul Scholes.
"But if we can get another player on similar lines in terms of quality of passing and vision then, yeah, we would have to do something."
The deal for Sneijder would take Ferguson's spending this summer past the £85m mark after the signings of Phil Jones, Ashley Young and goalkeeper David de Gea.
And Fergie admits he has had to make big signings to reinvigorate his team.
Scholes, 36, was part of the famous Class of '92 which also featured Ryan Giggs, David Beckham and the Neville brothers.
Fergie said: "We try to look ahead and we have an influx of young players coming in to replace the older ones, who are starting to die on their feet!
"We were well aware of the need to replace Ryan Giggs. Fortunately he's managed to carry on and still perform the way he does - but Gary Neville, Scholes and Edwin van der Sar have all retired."
Centre-back Jones looks like becoming the long-term partner to Chris Smalling at the heart of United's defence - providing competition for Rio Ferdinand.
Ferdinand insisted: "This new blood is just what the club needs."
United play the first game of their US Tour tonight here in Boston against the New England Revolution.
