CHELSEA expect to finally seal the £18million arrival of Romelu Lukaku today.
Then they will move to sign Belgian, Genk winger Kevin de Bruyne.
Striker Lukaku, 18, has not officially completed his move from Anderlecht despite training with Andre Villas-Boas' squad for the past week.
But all the red tape should sorted today, making him eligible for his debut at home to West Brom on Saturday.
Blues signed De Bruyne's ex-Genk team-mate Thibaut Courtois earlier this summer then loaned the keeper straight to Atletico Madrid.
And they plan to sign De Bruyne for £9million before allowing him likewise to spend a year out on loan.
De Bruyne revealed: "My advisor met Chelsea last week and there is a real chance that the clubs will reach an agreement soon.
"Chelsea would then loan me back to Genkand I could play for them next year if I perform well.
"Villas-Boas was Porto coach when Genk played them in the Europa League last season and I'm told that I impressed him. But I have got better since then."
