Brake director Julie Townsend said: "It's deeply worrying that someone caught driving unlicensed on more than one occasion has not received a ban. Too often drivers who flout the law go on to cause serious crashes."
An Arsenal spokesman said last night: "Gervinho has a valid French driving licence and all the correct legal documentation to drive in the UK."
