Return ... Steven Gerrard
Charlie Adam admits Steven Gerrard's return will provide Liverpool with a timely boost — even if it costs him his place.
The Reds have just suffered two straight defeats at Stoke and Spurs but skipper Gerrard is fit again after six months out with a groin injury.
And Adam, who misses tomorrow's Carling Cup trip to Brighton due to his red card at White Hart Lane, said: "Any club would welcome back their best players into the first team.
"It's going to be difficult for me because Steven will want to play the same as everyone.
"When he does come back, it's then up to the manager to decide."
