GOALKEEPER Joe Hart has cemented his place as England's No1 – on the dancefloor.

The Manchester City star challenged veteran twinkle toes Peter Crouch to a dance-off during a charity ball and made the Stoke City striker's moves look as dated as the Sharpey Shuffle.

Joe sealed victory with his new signature move — The Fisherman.

A source said: "Joe and Peter didn't need much persuasion to start the dance-off. They were pulling off some interesting moves.

"But Joe managed to outshine his rival by bringing out The Fisherman.

"Guests ducked for cover as Joe launched his arms over his head and pretended to reel his 'catch' back in. Peter simply couldn't compete with that, not even with his catalogue of moves."

Crouchie had no complaints and couldn't even question the judges, which included his wife Abbey Clancy. They were all attending an event hosted by property developer Dawn Ward and her husband, former Norwich and Blackburn striker Ashley, at their pad in Alderley Edge, Cheshire.
