Lille midfielder Ludovic Obraniak believes his team will be fired up by the hostile atmosphere they are likely to encounter during Tuesday's Champions League clash with Trabzonspor.

The French champions travel to Turkey for their second game in Group B, having drawn their opener against CSKA Moscow two weeks ago.

The country is known for offering a red-hot reception to visiting fans and Trabzonspor have distributed 20,000 flags to fans in a bid to add to Tuesday's atmosphere.

But Obraniak said: "Fenerbahce last year was an extraordinary experience, it is the best atmosphere I have played in.

"We are now used to this kind of game, we will not be surprised by what awaits us at Trabzonspor.

"Playing in a full stadium will galvanise us. Sometimes, the more hostile it is the more it motivates you.

"Having drawn against Moscow, we will be going in search of points. We will have to work hard, but we will go out to win."

Mathieu Debuchy returns from suspension but fellow defender Aurelien Chedjou remains sidelined along with forwards Dimitri Payet and Tulio De Melo.

Obraniak himself hopes to feature after an ankle injury, and told the club's official website: "It's going okay, it's encouraging.

"I feared the worst when I woke up on Sunday, it was swollen, but thanks to the treatment at the end of the Lorient match it went down quickly.

"Hopefully I can play on Tuesday. I am travelling to Trabzon in any case."

Lille will face a Trabzonspor side with a depleted attack, despite the likely return of Paulo Henrique after missing the weekend win over Istanbul Buyuksehir.

A cruciate ligament injury deprives Slovakia striker Robert Vittek of a reunion with his former club, while top scorer Burak Yilmaz is suspended.

Midfielders Adrian Mierzejewski and Gustavo Colman are set to return from suspension and injury respectively, but coach Senol Gunes is waiting on the fitness of Arkadiusz Glowacki after he suffered a groin injury at the weekend.
