SITTING IT OUT... banned Fernando Torres watches vs Everton

FERNANDO TORRES is set to make his Chelsea return as boss Andre Villas-Boas shuffles his pack this week.
The £50million striker is serving a three-match domestic ban following last month's straight red card against Swansea.

But he is available for the Champions League and in line to play against Belgian minnows Genk on Wednesday night at Stamford Bridge.

Villas-Boas admitted: "Fernando is keeping fit in training and he also will be almost a month without playing for us in the Premier League, so I will decide in the next couple of days whether to use him on Wednesday.

"We cannot allow ourselves to relax against Genk but that is what can happen in a game which everyone expects you to win.

"Our group is still very open so we have to concentrate on taking six points from our next two games against Genk to put us in a good position to qualify for the next round.

"We were 10 minutes away from winning our last game away to Valencia and we let them equalise and now anything can happen in this group."

Boss AVB beat the Belgian champs twice on the way to winning the Europa League with Porto last term.

But he warns it will not be easy this week despite Genk's indifferent form this season, which has left them ninth in their division.

Villas-Boas said: "Their league is not going so well for them and they are still getting used to playing with their new manager.

"But they still have good individual talent and they are a good team. I played them last season with Porto and won 3-0 away and 4-2 at home. But the results do not reflect the games.

"We cannot take it easy against Genk. We have to focus on the job in hand."
