I have a say

East Fife are again without injured striker Scott Dalziel as they look to make it five wins in a row by defeating league-leading neighbours Cowdenbeath.

It is nearly six years since the New Bayview side tasted success over their local rivals, and manager John Robertson is determined for that run to end.

He said: "I have been told a few times that our recent record against Cowdenbeath is not great.

"We were really unlucky to lose in the first game against them when we hit the woodwork several times so hopefully things will balance themselves out in this one.

"The last game was a great game and hopefully for the Fife football public this one will be the same but with an East Fife win."

Cowdenbeath welcome back on-loan Rangers striker Kal Naismith (knee) as they look to repeat their 3-2 success of earlier this season against their Fife neighbours.

Defender David Cowan and midfielder Mark Ramsay both missed training this week because of knocks but they should be available.

Player-boss Colin Cameron is also expected to include himself after recovering from a groin injury.

Cameron is warning his players that they will be facing a charged-up East Fife side.

"Wining games breeds confidence and they have won their last four in the league so they will come out flying at us," he said.

"We have to ensure that we play the game we want to and if we do that then we can win."
