IT was a game of two very different halves last night as Manchester's Premier League clubs partied.
The blues of City painted the town red with a fancy dress bash in a London nightclub.
Meanwhile Alex Ferguson's United players went suited and booted for their annual Unicef Gala at Old Trafford.
Former Red Devils team-mates Owen Hargreaves and Michael Owen ably illustrated the differences in approaches.
Owen, 31, sported a crisp tux for the do at his club's home ground while former Bayern Munich midfielder Hargreaves dressed as Batman for his team's bash held at club Anaya.
And he wasn't the only one to attend the Mayfair hangout dressed as a tough guy.
Other costumes included Iron Man and a Power Ranger.
