Falkirk look set to be without midfielder Stewart Murdoch for their top of the table clash with Ross County due to the knee injury he picked up at Queen of the South last Saturday.

Everyone else in the Bairns squad is available as Steven Pressley's side look to reduce the Dingwall men's lead to just three points.

Technical director Alex Smith said: "Stewart faces a real battle to be fit but thankfully everyone else is available for what should be a great game.

"The league has a shape to it now and we are looking to keep ourselves up where we are."

"A win in front of a big crowd here will set things up nicely for a very interesting second half of the season."

Ross County welcome back captain Richard Brittain from suspension as they look to repeat last month's 3-1 success over the second placed Bairns.

Russell Duncan is also available after injury, however Marc Fitzpatrick, Jonny Flynn and Sam Morrow are missing through knocks.

County boss Derek Adams said: "This should be a great game where one side will have to give up a really good record.

"Falkirk are unbeaten at home with 6 wins and 2 draws and we have won the last 5 games on the road so I am obviously hoping that it is their record that goes."

"The players showed in our win over Falkirk and against Dundee last week when we battled back for a point how keen they are to keep hold of top spot."
