Real Madrid are close to a £30million deal for Luka Modric with just a final few elements of the deal with Tottenham to be ironed out.
The clubs are currently haggling of add-ons to the mega-money deal, with Spurs hoping to secure £5m but the Spaniards only willing to add £3m.

Heading out: Luka Modric is set to quit London for Madrid this summer
A number of different caveats have been tried over the course of the transfer window, especially the inclusion of Madrid players to bring the cost down.
Ricardo Carvalho and Nuri Sahin were both mooted, but neither were open to idea of moving to north London.
Meanwhile, goalkeeper Julio Cesar has been offered to Tottenham after Inter Milan told him he would no longer be No 1 at the San Siro next season.
Spurs had been tracking France and Lyon stopper Hugo Lloris but have now backed away from the deal.
