Chelsea prepare one final £7.5m bid for Moses... but Wigan still looking for more

Chelsea are preparing a final £7.5m offer for wantaway Wigan’s Victor Moses, 21.
The European champions have had three bids turned down with Wigan holding out for £10m.
Moses has a year left on his contract but Wigan would be due compensation if he leaves next season given he is under 24.

The youngster would be yet another attacking midfielder added to the squad by Roberto Di Matteo, who has already picked up Marko Marin, Eden Hazard and Oscar.
Blues fans will be licking their lips at the prospect of the attacking midfield line ups that can be put together with these signings.
