No pain, no gain: Jonny Evans is set to feature for Northern Ireland
Evans limped off at half-time, but went on to play the full 90 minutes with his ankle heavily strapped.
It was expected the defender would not feature against Luxembourg, but Evans is set to play through the pain barrier on Tuesday.
