Wenger’s Krul blow as keeper Tim ready to snub Gunners

TIM KRUL insists he will be fit to start the season with Newcastle — despite being tracked by Arsenal.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is eyeing the £15million-rated Dutch international keeper.
But the 25-year-old remains focused on the Magpies’ Premier League curtain-raiser away to Manchester City on Monday, August 19.
He said: “I will be fit for the first game of the season.
“I’ll try to get a couple of friendly games to get myself fully up to speed — and I’m right on schedule.”
The 6ft 4in stopper has been out of action since surgery on a dislocated shoulder in April.
Wenger is understood to be on the hunt for a keeper — and has also shown interest in QPR’s Julio Cesar after Liverpool beat him to Belgian ace Simon Mignolet.
