Nottingham Forest vs Reading preview - Reds injury crisis eases

Nottingham Forest have players returning to fitness ahead of the visit of Reading.
All of the Reds' long-term injury victims are edging closer to first-team contention. Central defenders Jamaal Lascelles (knee) and Kelvin Willson (calf) and midfielders Henri Lansbury (knee) and David Vaughan (hamstring) all played in a training ground friendly on Thursday afternoon.
Recent signing Robert Tesche, a former Hamburg midfielder, was also involved.
Dexter Blackstock remains the only absentee as he continues his recover from a serious knee injury, although the striker is expected to join in training next week.
Reading can add Oliver Norwood to their squad but will be without Jamie Mackie due to the terms of his loan from Forest.
Midfielder Norwood has completed his move from Huddersfield but striker Mackie, who made his Royals debut as a second-half substitute in Tuesday's defeat by the Terriers, is ineligible to feature against his parent club.
Boss Nigel Adkins still has an extensive injury list to contend with as Hal Robson-Kanu, Stephen Kelly, Danny Williams, Jem Karacan (all knee), Garath McCleary (back) and Danny Guthrie (calf) remain sidelined.
Recent signing Anton Ferdinand has been building up his fitness for the past fortnight and could come into Adkins' thoughts.
