Arsene Wenger: I'm delighted NOT to be linked with the Real Madrid job

ARSENE WENGER last night claimed he was delighted NOT to be linked with the Real Madrid job.
The Frenchman was once the most courted boss on the planet, with the Bernabeu giants particularly keen to sign him in 2009 and 2012.
But, despite Carlo Ancelotti looking sure to be axed at the end of the season, the 65-year-old does not appear to be on the La Liga outfit's radar.
Asked if he was surprised not to be linked, Wenger said: "No, but I am very happy to be linked with the Arsenal job."

It has been claimed Porto's Julen Lopetegui, Jurgen Klopp of Borussia Dortmind and Napoli's Rafa Benitez are on Real Madrid's shortlist and been spoken to, along with Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho.
But Starsport can reveal NO contact has been made with Mourinho, who joined the Blues from Madrid after two years with them. "It's not true," said a source close to the 52-year-old.
