The Premier League pair have been keeping tabs on the striker ahead of the January window, with reports suggesting they could make £35million bids for his services.
However, the 22-year-old, who has score 10 Ligue 1 goals this term, has played down a move to England after revealing his dream destination would be La Liga giants Real Madird.
When asked about his future, Batshuayi told beIN Sports: "The team that makes me the dream? Real Madrid. Does PSG make me dream? No, not at all."
But it doesn't look like the Belgium international, who has two goals in two caps for his nation, will be on the move any time soon.
The former Standard Liege star added: "Of course my future is here. There is a lot of love, a magnificent stadium, magnificent supporters.
"I do not think it can be better elsewhere. Sorry, you're still going to see me for some time."
