Riyad Mahrez speaks out about his Leicester City future

Even before losing to Liverpool 4-3, Arsenal fans weren't particularly impressed with their lack of transfer activity.
Granit Xhaka has been the only high-profile arrival at the Emirates, completing a deal worth around £30 million.
Since then, the arrivals of Rob Holding from Bolton and Japanese forward Takuma Asano have done nothing to excite Gooners ahead of this season.
However, there is still two weeks left of the transfer window and Arsene Wenger will surely strengthen before it's too late.
The club have been linked with moves for Valencia defender Shkodran Mustafi and Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette, but a deal for the duo still don't look particularly close to being completed.
There is also another name that have been heavily linked with a move to the north London club. That man is last season's PFA Player of the Year, Riyad Mahrez.
The Algerian was instrumental as the Foxes won the Premier League last season and his head has seemingly been turned after talks concerning his future.
But, after starting for Leicester during their 2-1 defeat to Hull on Saturday, it appears his future at with the champions.
MAHREZ'S COMMENTS
However, his latest comments will certainly give Arsenal fans hope. Not only does Mahrez claims that there are “two or three” clubs that would tempt him to leave Leicester, he insists he wants to remain in the Premier League.
"It is a super league and I would like to stay here as long as possible," he told France Football, per Goal.com.
"Now, there are two or three clubs in the world, that if they come for me, it definitely makes you think, if you understand what I am trying to say."
HOW WOULD RANIERI REACT?
But, how would Claudio Ranieri react if Mahrez told him he wanted to leave? Well, last week, the Italian revealed exactly what he'd do.
"Riyad will stay with us - never has he come and said, 'coach, I want to go'," Ranieri said. "If he said that, I would throttle him!”
Goal understand that Arsenal are yet to submit a formal offer for Mahrez, despite their interest.
Will Mahrez's comments tempt Wenger into doing just that? Probably not.
