Roberto Firmino joins wife ahead of baby's birth
Roberto Firmino headed to the hospital with his beautiful wife for a check up ahead of the birth of their new baby on Wednesday morning just hours after the Liverpool midfielder scored in a 5-0 victory over Burton Albion.
The Brazil international helped the Reds make amends for a shock loss to promoted side Burnley at Turf Moor at the weekend as goals from Firmino, Divock Origi and Daniel Sturridge sealed a landslide win against the Championship outfit.
However, the 25-year-old had more pressing concerns on Wednesday as he joined his heavily-pregnant wife Larissa for a check up at the hospital ahead of the birth of his second child.
Firmino posted the above photo on his Snapchat feed (username: Firmino) as the couple waited for their appointment.
Liverpool make the trip to top-four rivals Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday afternoon as the Reds look to make a swift return to winning ways.
The Reds haven’t lost to Spurs since November 2012 although Liverpool played out successive draws with the Lilywhites under Klopp last season.
