Express Sport understands PSG had the striker, 20, watched on Tuesday as he netted for France Under-21s in their 3-0 win in Northern Ireland.
Dembele has been on fire since his summer move from Fulham, and his two goals in Celtic’s Champions League draw against Manchester City made him one of the most talked about young players in Europe.

Manager Brendan Rodgers is adamant Dembele is going nowhere, but interest is growing.
Arsenal, Crystal Palace, Southampton and Hull City have all watched him, while a string of top European clubs have also been linked.
PSG are keen to have more French players to Unai Emery’s squad and Dembele’s name is on the radar.
He came through the PSG youth system but left for England in 2012.
Dembele went on to make his name at Fulham before joining the Hoops for a bargain £500,000.
