Swansea City are ready to release Fernando Llorente to Chelsea.
The Daily Star says a loan deal until the end of the season has been agreed.
Antonio Conte is worried about the lack of options to cover Diego Costa and sees Llorente as the ideal deputy.
The Spaniard's departure leaves a big void to fill at Swansea, who are desperately scrapping for their Premier League lives.
But a deal has been done for Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi's brother - Aaron Leya Iseka - to arrive in his own loan deal.
Iseka, 19, is considered one of Belgium's brightest young talents.
