Cheltenham manager Gary Johnson is expected to revert to much of the team that defeated Accrington 3-0 last weekend when they host Plymouth in Sky Bet League Two.
He made changes for Tuesday's EFL Trophy fixture with Bradford, which they lost 1-0 at home.
Johnson is without the suspended Harry Pell.
Asa Hall and Dan Holman, however, are among those pushing to start.
New signings Jakub Sokolik and Nathan Blissett will be included in Plymouth's squad for the trip.
The pair were cup-tied for the FA Cup defeat against Liverpool but will be available on Saturday.
Top scorer Graham Carey is a doubt after he sustained an an injury to his hip during the midweek defeat, while manager Derek Adams will be without defender Karleigh Osborne after he left the club for Scottish Premiership side Kilmarnock this week.
Defender Gary Miller and midfielders Connor Smith, Ryan Donaldson and David Ijaha remain long-term absentees.
