Rakitic: Messi bought his neighbour's house because he was too loud

In an interview with Croatian publication Novi List, Ivan Rakitic shared some details of his and his family's life in Barcelona, admitting that the club insist he stay away from touristy areas of the city like Las Ramblas.
In his third season now, the Croat has gotten used to life in Catalunya, living in Castelldefels as many of Barcelona's biggest stars do.
"I've only seen some of the most touristy areas from the second floor of the Barcelona bus during celebratory parades," Rakitic admitted. "For instance, I've never been to Las Ramblas or Montjuic except when we celebrated.
"I've never had any problems with my neighbours, unlike Messi who had to buy his neighbour's house because he was too noisy."
Rakitic also shared how he spends a lot of his down time at a nearby shopping centre since it has a lot of activities for kids to keep them occupied.
