Queens Park Rangers vs Brighton & Hove Albion - Jordan Cousins ruled out for QPR ahead of Brighton clash

QPR midfielder Jordan Cousins has been ruled out for the rest of the season ahead of the visit of Brighton.

Cousins, signed last summer from Charlton, has undergone surgery on a thigh injury.

Boss Ian Holloway has been rotating his squad lately so Pawel Wszolek and James Perch could earn recalls.

On-loan Brighton winger Kazenga LuaLua is ineligible, but he would have missed out anyway due to an ankle injury.

Brighton will check on the fitness of Lewis Dunk and Sam Baldock.

Centre-half Dunk had to go off during the first half or Tuesday's 3-1 win over Birmingham due to illness.

Striker Baldock missed that match due to a hip injury and will also be assessed.

Defenders Shane Duffy (metatarsal) and Connor Goldson (heart surgery) are still sidelined for the promotion-chasing Seagulls.
