Manchester United turn interest to Lacazette
CAS ruling puts clubs on alert

After Atletico Madrid's transfer ban was upheld by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), Manchester United could take advantage by swooping for their prime target Alexandre Lacazette.
The Frenchman seemed set to sign for the Rojiblancos during the summer until their ban on registering new players was upheld by CAS on Thursday.
L'Equipe report that the Lyon ace could now end up at Old Trafford, although the Red Devils have not yet tabled a formal bid for the striker.
Borussia Dortmund are also very interested in acquiring Lacazette, as they prepare for life after Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang next season.
Arsenal have also been keen on the striker in the past but he has been turned off a move to the Gunners given the experience he has had with them in the past.
Prior to the CAS ruling, Atletico had reached a deal with Lyon to sign the 26-year-old for a fee of 50 million euros plus a potential additional 10m euros in bonuses.
L'Equipe also claim that Lacazette will not sign for Atletico regardless before their ban expires in January as he has no intention of going months without action in a season that concludes with the World Cup.
One option to him could be to sign for Atletico and go on a six-month loan to Lyon before being registered at the club upon his return to the Spanish capital in January.
For his part, Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas admitted that he remains in the dark over the forward's future.
"Everything has changed now," he said. "Economically, it was a very good move for us but maybe it will happen next year."
