Imagine popping in for a cheeky double cheeseburger and having Eden Hazard serve you.

Chelsea's No10 took a break from international duty to help sell burgers at McDonald's alongside international team-mates Romelu Lukaku and Jan Vertonghen.

The Belgian stars helped out behind the counter with a shift at the popular fast food restaurant as part of a promotional stunt.

McDonald's sponsor the Belgian national team (because nothing says peak physical fitness like twenty chicken nuggets smothered in a litre of ketchup) and enlisted some of the squad's more recognisable stars to help out for a promotional video.

Lukaku and Vertonghen took orders and sorted drinks while Hazard took calls from the drive-in alongside brother Thorgan.

The star-studded squad are taking things easy at the moment.

On Saturday they went off for a five-a-side game after a double session from boss Roberto Martinez.

Assistant manager Thierry Henry joined in the game, which Lukaku posted on Instagram.

Lukaku captioned on the video: “Just finished a double session today but we still out here playing.”

Unfortunately for Belgium and Chelsea, Hazard has since fractured his ankle in training and will require surgery.

The title-winning superstar could be out for as long as three months and may miss the start of next season.

Matt Paterson signed his Oxford City contract in McDonald's

On Friday Oxford City announced their deal with new star Matt Paterson with a photo of him signing his new  contract in a branch of McDonald's.

And eagle-eyed supporters poked more fun at the non-league club for getting the deal signed for a pen from Barclay's Bank.
