Former Barcelona striker Christophe Dugarry is excited by Neymar's move to PSG.
Dugarry believes Neymar could be the best player seen in Ligue 1.
He remarked to RMC: "I've never seen in Ligue 1 one of the top three players in the world.
"(Jean Pierre) Papin's Ballon d'Or? Neymar is much more talented! He's a genius. I do not care about the Ballon d'Or ... We never had a player so strong in L1.
"Zlatan (Ibrahimovic)? Are you serious? Neymar is a footballer a hundred times better. Pauleta? No, I love him, I played with him ... but no."
