Ibrahim Meite earns Crawley a draw against Stevenage

Ibrahim Meite scored the first goal of his professional career to earn Crawley a deserved 1-1 draw at a rainy Stevenage.
It capped a lively full debut from the 21-year-old on loan from Cardiff, but it was more home frustration for the Boro, as they dropped points from a winning position for the second match running.
Meite livened up a dull first half by charging through the middle before his rising effort was superbly tipped over by Stevenage goalkeeper Joe Fryer.
That save proved crucial, as the Boro took the lead a minute later when Dan Newton beat a couple of players before finding the net via the post from just outside the area.
But Crawley drew level four minutes into the second half as Meite received the ball from Enzio Boldewijn before finding the far corner with a fine finish across Fryer.
Meite then tested Fryer again with a powerful drive from 25 yards before Glenn Morris preserved a point for his side in stoppage time by denying Alex Samuel.
