Livingston climb to fourth after away win at Falkirk

Daniel Mullen and Joshua Mullin scored in the space of six second-half minutes as Livingston moved up to fourth in the Scottish Championship courtesy of a 2-0 victory at struggling Falkirk.
The Bairns were looking for their first win of the season and had the best chance of a largely dour first half when Alex Harris fired wide from just outside the area.
But the home side fell behind two minutes after the restart as James Penrice intercepted a short backpass and squared for Mullen to slot into the net.
Mullin curled beyond Falkirk goalkeeper Robbie Thomson in the 53rd minute to leave Livi firmly in the driving seat although the late dismissal of Declan Gallagher for foul and abusive language in added-on time slightly soured their afternoon.
It mattered little to the overall result, however, as Livingston clinched their third league win of the season.
