Arsenal have been given a boost after it emerged that Sead Kolasinac didn't suffer an injury during Bosnia and Herzegovina's 2-1 victory away to Estonia in a World Cup qualifier last night.
Kolasinac was taken off at half-time and replaced by Dario Dumic but despite initial fears that the defender may be injured, it appears that he was simply substituted for tactical reasons, as reported by Football.London.
Arsenal will hope that Kolasinac will be fully fit for Saturday's Premier League game away to Watford.
The former Schalke player has made a flying start to his Arsenal career and has quickly established himself as a fan favourite with his all-action displays.
Dominant aerially, Kolasinac has won 68 per cent of the headed duels that he has contested in the Premier League so far this season, while he has also provided a significant attacking threat, creating seven chances.
Arsenal will certainly be hoping to avoid any further defensive injuries after Shkodran Mustafi suffered a thigh problem while playing for Germany.
