Reading vs Nottingham Forest - Tiago Ilori expected to miss Forest game

Reading are expected to be without Tiago Ilori for the visit of Nottingham Forest as the defender recovers from concussion.
Centre-back Ilori was taken to hospital after a clash of heads with team-mate Liam Moore, who himself needed stitches, during Saturday's home defeat by Middlesbrough, so will continue to be assessed with Tyler Blackett ready to step in if needed.
Under-pressure Royals boss Jaap Stam, his side having now lost four of their last five Championship matches, could give 19-year-old forward Sam Smith another chance to impress following his first league start while Yann Kermorgant, who had been recovering from pre-season surgery on a hip and groin issue, is also in contention after his substitute appearance against Boro.
Striker Jon Dadi Bodvarsson (calf), midfielder Garath McCleary (groin) and winger Callum Harriott (hamstring) continue their recovery, along with Stephen Quinn and forward Joseph Mendes, who have knee problems. Defender Jordan Obita has been ruled out for the season after major surgery on his anterior cruciate ligament.
Forest boss Mark Warburton hopes to have Daryl Murphy and Armand Traore back for the trip to the Madejski Stadium.
Leading scorer Murphy (hamstring) and defender Traore both missed the win at Hull through injury.
If Murphy is fit again, Warburton must decide whether or not to bring him back into the team after his replacement Kieran Dowell scored a hat-trick on Saturday evening.
That is one of many dilemmas for Warburton, along with whether to freshen things up with the likes of Zach Clough, Jamie Ward, Tyler Walker and Ben Brereton pushing for recalls.
