Non-league Tranmere force FA Cup replay against Peterborough

Andy Cook climbed off the bench to earn non-league Tranmere an FA Cup replay following a 1-1 draw at League One Peterborough in the first round.
Substitute Cook had only been on the pitch for four minutes when heading Rovers' leveller. He converted a 72nd-minute cross from the right by former Peterborough man Jeff Hughes.
The National League outfit, who sit 54 places below their hosts in the English football pecking order, were the better team in a first half which will not live long in the memory.
But the deadlock was broken by Posh striker Jack Marriott eight minutes into the second period - with his side's first on-target attempt of the game!
The striker rifled in his 11th goal of the season on the turn after Ryan Tafazolli headed down a Marcus Maddison corner from the left.
Michael Doughty wasted a glorious chance to double their lead moments before Cook equalised and substitute Idris Kanu was denied by goalkeeper Scott Davies soon after parity had been restored.
Only a smart save from Conor O'Malley denied Ollie Norburn a last-gasp winner for Tranmere.
