Real Madrid goalkeeper Keylor Navas was at the premiere in his native Costa Rica of a film about him called Hombre de Fe, Man of Faith, which tells the story of his journey from small rural town Perez Zeledon to the Spanish giants.
Navas was with his family and an especially invited 2,000 other guests for the first showing.
"I want to thank God for making my dream a reality and that the film shows this faith that we all would want to have. God has made a difference to my life," said Navas.
"The idea is that everyone here can carry in their heart the message that with faith one can achieve anything and you need to have belief in God independentally of the problems."
The film looks at his playing career where he played for Saprissa and the Costa Rica national side before moving to Spain to play for Albacete, Levante and then Real.
