Dumbarton hold Queen of the South to draw

Dumbarton earned an important point as they held Queen of the South to a goalless draw on Tuesday.
There were few clear-cut chances for either side in a quiet first half but the game burst into life after the break.
Dumbarton's Calum Gallagher came close to opening the scoring in the 56th minute but his close-range effort was well saved by home goalkeeper Alan Martin.
Visiting shot-stopper Scott Gallacher then produced a smart save to deny Chris Kane in the 60th minute as the game opened up.
Martin was again on hand to keep out Dumbarton substitute Christian Nade's header late on.
