Jurgen Klopp has hinted that Liverpool FC will look to bring in some quality players this month after Philippe Coutinho's transfer to Barcelona was confirmed.
After months of speculation linking Coutinho with the Spanish club, Liverpool FC confirmed on Saturday night that they had reached an agreement for Coutinho to leave for the Spanish club in a deal believed to be worth as much as £142m.
The transfer came after Liverpool FC had secured the signing of Virgil van Dijk from Southampton as their first recruit of the January transfer window.

And the Reds manager appears to have hinted that the Merseyside outfit will indeed be active in the coming weeks as they look to bring in some more players this month.
Speaking to Liverpool FC's website, Klopp said: "I have so much belief in the talent we have here already and even more faith, together with our owners, that we will make continued investment into the playing squad, which will allow more growth and more improvement.
"As we bid farewell to Philippe, we continue on our path of progress and development as we work towards our common goal of bringing trophies back to Anfield."
Liverpool FC are now preparing for their crunch Premier League clash against Manchester City at Anfield on Sunday afternoon.
Klopp's side are currently in fourth place in the Premier League table as they look to secure Champions League qualification for the second season running.
