Tottenham Hotspur vs Man Utd - Eriksen and Lloris hand Tottenham fitness boost
Posted Wednesday, January 31, 2018 by PA
Tottenham have been handed a triple injury boost ahead of their Premier League game against Manchester United on Wednesday.
Christian Eriksen and Hugo Lloris have both recovered from illness while Danny Rose has overcome a knee problem.
Toby Alderweireld, however, is still regaining fitness following three months out with a hamstring injury.
Harry Winks (ankle) and Serge Aurier (calf) remain unavailable.
Alexis Sanchez is set to make his first Premier League appearance for Manchester United at Wembley.
The Chile forward, who joined United from Spurs’ north London rivals Arsenal last week, made his debut in the FA Cup fourth-round win at Yeovil on Friday.
United have no fresh injury concerns, meaning that the long-term casualties of striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic (knee) and defender Eric Bailly (ankle) are the only absentees.
